HUSD Elementary eSports Tournament

Why do eSports?

Our eSports program for elementary students is a great opportunity for students to share their passion for video games with others while also promoting teamwork and communication skills. The eSports club and tournament also fosters strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in a competitive and dynamically changing environment.

Fall 2024: Super Smash Bros

Tournament Information

  • When: Thursday, December 5, 2025 @ 4pm

  • Where: Cedar Middle School

  • Address: 13565 Cedar St, Hesperia, CA 92344

  • Competition: Best out of 3 Rounds, Double Elimination

  • Grande Finale: Best out of 5 Rounds (5 Minutes per Round)

  • Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams will receive a trophy. All participants receive a participation plaque.

Note: Each competitor may bring one parent/guardian to the event free of charge. All other spectators are $2 per person.

Spring 2025: Mario Kart

Tournament Information

  • When: Wednesday, April 30, 2025 @ 4pm

  • Where: Hesperia High School

  • Address: 9898 Maple Ave, Hesperia, CA 92345

  • Competition: 2v2 Balloon Battle, Double Elimination

  • Grande Finale: 2v2 Balloon Battle, Best out of 3 Rounds

  • Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams will receive a trophy.
